Mercedes & Carter | Hickory Street Annex - Dallas, Texas

Mercedes and Carter were married at Hickory Street Annex - a super hip converted warehouse located in the heart of downtown Dallas.   Lottie Fowler of Grit + Gold Weddings beautifully combined the industrial, urban feel of the venue with a classic, sophisticated design. Inspired by their luxurious + elegant style, we were able to create a few beautifully refined calligraphy pieces for Mercedes and Carter's big day.  Ornate marbled escort cards with gold calligraphy sat atop exquisite chargers and luxurious linens from BBJ Linen.  While their cake display featured a custom designed scripture backdrop on organic linen fabric, along with a trio of beautifully designed cakes by Dallas Affaires.  Incorporating a modern diamond shaped paper and gold calligraphy, their escort display complimented the urban, industrial feel of the venue.  The modern elements of the reception were perfectly paired with the sophisticated florals by Oh Deery Floral, and the entire evening was beautifully captured by Charla Storey Photography.  Congrats to the beautiful couple, Mercedes and Cater, and cheers to many years of love and happiness!
